[Elecraft] kpa100 causing K2 to be low on TX freq?

After reading the post from Bruce earlier about his K2 being off freq
slightly, I checked my K2 out.  I plugged it into the new digital freq
counter and it showed it was .06 LOW.  I promptly took it over to the
bench and adjusted it with the external freq counter per the instructions
in "Alignment and test, Part II".  I did so with the KPA100 removed
because I didn't have anything handy to sit the KPA100 on while I was
adjusting C22.

Well, I got it to the point that the external Freq counter showed
3875.0011 when I had the K2 at 3875.00 and decided trying for any further
precision would be fruitless.

I put the KPA100 back on, moved the rig back over to the operating shelf
and low and behold, it's off -.06 AGAIN!  It appears that the KPA100 has
some interaction with the K2.  I'll experiment a bit more to make sure
but, that is sure what it looks like!
