[Elecraft] DMM recommendations

I bought a Radio Shack Digital Multimeter on sale for about $60.00 that
measured capacitance. It did an excellent job and it had a little tab on
the back so you could have it standing up while you read the meter.

I am considering taking my income tax refund and sinking
it into a new Digital Multimeter.  I was looking at the Fluke
189, and it seems pretty sweet, albeit expensive.  I rather
liked it because it measures capacitance as well.  Any
recommendations (pro, con, or other manufacturers)?
