[Elecraft] DMM recommendations

I am considering taking my income tax refund and sinking
it into a new Digital Multimeter.  I was looking at the Fluke
189, and it seems pretty sweet, albeit expensive.  I rather
liked it because it measures capacitance as well.  Any
recommendations (pro, con, or other manufacturers)?
