I too have a TS570 (DGE latest version). It's currently awaiting return from
Kenwood because it made mistakes when using the internal keyer (can't be a
problem as only 6 have been returned in the UK). Add the poor man machine
interface, poor setting of side tone level, receiver that generates it's own
"hash" when the K2 receives a clean signal, poor internal ATU, clatter from
relays when keying, well I could go on and on. At least it makes a nice
sounding broadcast receiver!

I'm not the only one to prefer a K2 to the usual Japanese boxes.
