Hi Steve,

I apologize for the delay getting you these parts. That amount of wait is not
acceptable! I investigated it this morning and Scott has misinterpreted Gary's
customer support database entry for your parts as requiring him to wait to send
them until a new KPA100 was shipped to you. He was patiently waiting for our
sales group to inform him that your KPA100 was ready to ship (which of course
was not going to happen for a 2nd time!) Scott shipped your parts last Friday,
the 21st, so they should be there soon.

We have changed our database parts needed entry procedure to eliminate the area
of confusion. We're not perfect, but we're continually trying to improve our
systems.:^)
