[Elecraft] KPA100 side panel stripped screw threads

The point of the matter is that there *IS NO HOLE*... Contact of the
screw to the heatsink is only about 30% what it would be if there WERE a
hole. It is being wedged between two flat surfaces. This lack of contact
has caused many (most?) KPA100 builders to strip the small surface that
the screw comes in contact with either from repeated insertion/removal or
from over-tightening the screw. (Note: The amount of torque required to
strip these screws is MUCH less than you would think! I would NEVER think
of leaving the screws on any other portion of my K2 as loose.)
