[Elecraft] KPA100 works great

Final Report:
KPA100 on K2 #1294 works great.  Now just need time to heat it up
for the final tightening up of the heat sink screws.  While open it got
a couple of other small mods so is fully up to date with all except the
internal battery (externals work fine).  
Will the QRO tuner be ready for Santa this year???
