I think in an earlier msg, Wayne said hopefully by Sept.  My guess is 
that he has the design -- I would assume the KAT2 with beefier 
components.  If so, the task is product engineering (PCB, mechanical 
housing/panels), geting the parts and doing a manual.

Note that the above is NOT based on any input from Elecraft, just my guess.
