[Elecraft] K2 with high current warning on transmit

That sounds similar to what happened when I left a component out of the
driver stage.  But, since that was quite a while back (S/N 380), I do
not recall the details.  But I'd definitely look in both the driver and
PA stages.

Since it later happens almost immediately, see if there is a component
(e.g., transistor) getting really hot.
