[Elecraft] K2 with high current warning on transmit

Steve,

Reading further: What does "oscillates on and off" mean?  On a scope? 
The effect of the ON/OFF of the rig makes me also suspect the power
measurement circuit, unless you have it on a scope and are getting
similar readings.
