[Elecraft] Re: M3 and K2

If this is really the situation, we are very likely to offer a special
version of the K2 I/O controller that excludes transmit where required.
If the regulation's text could be forwarded to [email protected] it
would save us a bit of time and help expedite the optional IOC.

I'd definitely recommend doing it this way rather than removing
components or modifying filters, which could complicate alignment
instructions.
