Leaving out the 10M BPF/LPF components will also eliminate 12M, since they share
the same filters.
If your RA person is correct in his interpretation of the rules, it sounds like
what we need to do is a special K2 IOC version that has the frequency table hard
limits TX set to your permitted ranges. Let me know what your conclusions are
after talking to the RGSB and we'll get started if necessary. It will take less
than a day for us to create a special 'M3" version of the K2's IOC.
Sounds like a marketing opportunity to me... ;^)
