[Elecraft] Alignment of Capacitors

I am certainly not a 5-star builder or electronics guru, but I generally 
face the non-polarized caps so that I can see the values from either the 
front or left side of the board. I sometimes modify this approach if the 
values would be blocked by some other larger component.There is no 
requirement, but it makes it easier when troubleshooting or doing mods 
later. Hope this helps.
