[Elecraft] Alignment of Capacitors

Charlie,

While I did that whenever possible, I decided that although I may PHYSICALLY
align them, I wanted to be able to read the values as a triple or quadruple
check (as I already double and triple checked before soldering!). Due to the
location of some of the components, it is not always possible to make them
where they can be read, but I tried.
