[Elecraft] Alignment of Capacitors

Hi

Electrically it doesn't matter. I mount all the resistors and capacitors the 
same direction up and down or left and right so they can be read without 
rotating the board back and forth. This makes it easier to read the values if 
troubleshooting is required and it looks better. Your choice if you want to 
spend the small time it takes to do it.
