Lee:

VERY IMPORTANT - FIRST, examine the sticky heat sink for any metal =
flakes
with a magnifying glass and remove any found. A Bright light helps.
(Otherwise you will get a low resistance reading and be doing it over
again.)

I place the K2 on its side panel so that I can see the top and bottom of =
the
main board. Then I slip the screws in (one at a time) installing the
spacers/washers/etc. one at a time. With one screw in, I temporarily
install (loosely) the nut so that the one I just did won't fall out.=20
After both screws are in PROPERLY - WITH all washers! I take off the =
nuts,
and holding the two screws, (you might want to use a small piece of =
tape)
install the bottom plate ** loosely ** (don't forget to make sure the
insulator is there!) KEEP on side until these nuts are in - Leave these =
two
nuts lose and then attach the bottom plate to the case. After case is
loosely attached, with all screws, tighten all case screws THEN the
heat-sink nuts.
