Just finished alignment and final assembly of my K2.  I have to say this
kit was a blast to build.  Started on Thanksgiving day and it has filled
all of my free time since.  Only one assembly error (that I have found)
- I had a diode reversed on the front panel board which kept the power
control from working.  This was easy to troubleshoot with the supplied
schematics.

The reception on this radio is extremely good.  I am very pleased with
the result.

Next up is the SSB board, and I also have the noise blanker, audio
filter, and RS232 kits to add.  I will most likely end up with the 100W
amp and the external tuner kits as well.  I have to decide if I want to
add the amp internally, or do what some others have done and put the
amp/tuner into one matching enclosure.

Thanks Elecraft for putting together such a wonderful package.  I've not
built anything more complicated that a psk interface for 20 years, and I
am really enjoying this.
