[Elecraft] K2 - Q7/Q8 Re-Install HELP!

Help!!!!!

I did a mod for the KPA100 on my K2 and now am having trouble getting the 
spacers correctly re-installed for Q7 and Q8.  I don't remember how I did 
it in the first place two years ago.  (I think I am handicapped from the 
stand point that the rig slipped yesterday and I gashed my finger and I am 
working with a band-aid.)  How does one hold their mouth when trying to put 
the screw through the PC board...get the flat washer on...get the white 
do-hicky stand-off on...and then the black shoulder washer on top of 
that.  After dropping all the parts of the carpet and recovering them 
several times, I am at a loss as you how to do this.  Anyone glue this 
whole she-bank together and put it in as one unit?  Any words of wisdom?  I 
know, take the band-aid off, but the gash it pretty deep and ugly right now.
