[Elecraft] KAT100 can't remember 160 meter settings

I have verified that it is indeed the antenna here and not the kat100, I get
the same results with a manual tuner, first tuned the antenna behaves for a
bid but constant use for extended period of time the Z of the antenna does
indeed change, especially with weather temp changes, humidity and wind. What
is tuned to 1-1 this afternoon tomorrow morning will most likely be 5-1.
