[Elecraft] KAT100 can't remember 160 meter settings

I'm using a G5RV, which seems stable enough once tuned.  I don't think its
the stability of the antenna though.  Before tuning, I get the full 5:1
indication on the LEDs that then goes down to 1:1.  Onec tuned, it stays
pretty low across the CW band I've been using, and doesn't move around for
any given frequency.  When I power cycle the K2/100 and transmit, I get the
full 5:1 indication again, until I retune.  This doesn't happen on any other
band.
