[Elecraft] Operator Manual

I am working on the project as I write this.  I have some 45 pages already 
written with heavy help from cut and past out of the .pdf files.  That is 
NOT fun either.  I have it in a Word Document.  One of the issues that I 
have is that to be all inclusive, I need to integrate all the components 
into the manual  Before I release it, I want to get approval from Wayne or 
Eric.


Again, I have a large part of it done, but I am missing some parts and 
pieces yet.
