[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS #18 & #19 issued to N6XI

Congratulations to Rick Tavan, N6XI of Saratoga, CA.
He has achieved the Elecraft WAS award by working all 50 states with 
his Elecraft K2/100.  WAS Certificates #18 endorsed All SSB and #19
endorsed All CW were issued to him.   Rick earned these awards during
the 2002 ARRL Sweepstakes contests, CW and SSB weekends.
