[Elecraft] manuals

I just went to the Elecraft website to look for the pdf files which were to be uploaded.  These files are ones where the construction and the use portions have been 
separated.  I read about these on this reflector a while back and was wondering if anything ever came of the project.  I was about to cut them up for my own use 
when either Wayne or Eric said they were going to post them.  Should I create my own user manuals from the pdf documents or has someone else already done the 
job?
