[Elecraft] Dreaming...a challenge for the Elecraft team (fwd)

Virtually every contest considers QRP as 5 watts or less.  From over 5
watts to 100 watts is considered "low power", and above 100 watts is
"high power".

I'll be running in the high-power category (1 kw) from my portable salt
lake bed QTH with the balloon vertical in the ARRL 160 contest this
weekend.  If you QRP guys hear me, please call.  Chances are that I'll
hear you from that super-quiet QTH with ground conductivity better than
sea water.
