[Elecraft] NZ7C: K2/100 & LGD MP-11 questions

I also have the LDG MP-11 and the K2/100.  I find if the MP-11 is set on auto and I hit the tune button on the K2 the tuner tunes only if the SWR reads greater than 
about 2:1.  If it is lower I need to also hit the tune button on the MP-11.
