[Elecraft] SPOT, Gone but not forgotten

Hi Steve,

I have tried setting with "St L" from the bottom to the top,
it does not make the Spot work any better no matter where I put it.
Since that happen yesterday while I was in the car just listening I
did not try to send, but just now I tried the side tone with the test
mode and nothing is there either, then I tried to see if it would
transmit CW and and it does transmit but no side tone.

So, I look in the schematics and I cannot find the Side Tone
circuit, maybe it is not labeled. This is terrible, worse than I
realized. I can work without SPOT but I need the side tone or I won't
know what I am transmitting. I am glad that you mentioned the Side
Tone so I would check it, now I have even more work to do once I know
where to look.

Thanks Steve,

Mike
