Sounds like a great idea...but, it may not work as intended.  I maintain a
FaQ for another mailing list...it's posted to the list on the first of the
month and sent to each new subscriber....and the same set of questions are
asked over and over again...even though they're in the FaQ.

Kinda like the "How can I unsubscribe" posts.
