[Elecraft] K1 Builder Needs Advice

Hmmmm.  Up to page 30 and performing first voltage checks.  All continuity 
tests up to now have been A-OK.  Here's what I get using a 14 V supply.

P1 pin 15       0V
P1 pin 16       13.7V  
U3 pin 5        0V
U3 pin 6        0V

Tomorrow I will check for construction errors, bad solder joints etc.  Any 
other suggestions that would help me pin point problem(s)?  I'm a little 
surprised.. have been very slow / careful / deliberate..  Suggestions 
appreciated / Woody / WD9F
