[Elecraft] K1 Builder Needs Advice

Woody,

I think I know what the problem is! Did you install the jumper across RFC8
as called out on the correction sheet? This is where the 12V_2 voltage
originates and it powers up the 2 regulators U5 and U6. In turn, AF preamp
U4, receives its power from U6.

I hate to tell you how I figured this one out . . .
