[Elecraft] KSB2 Module - board pad

I started building K2 #2688 at the end of May.  This is my second kit.  =
I ordered the K2 while at the Dayton Hamvention and the documentation =
has been great and this list most helpful.

While working on the SSB module I realized I had put C23 (an =
electrolytic capacitor) in wrong.  As I removed it the pads on the =
component side came out with the capacitor.  Nothing on the board is =
melted and the pads are intact on the bottom side.  Any suggestions as =
to how to correct this problem?
