What you need to do Tom, is:
1) Tin, attach, & solder a small (enamel, for example) wire to each of the
capacitor leads, right where the lead enters the capacitor body.
2) Determine where the printed-circuit run is for each of your missing pads
and scrape some of the PCB Masking (DON'T scrape through the run!) from
each of the appropriate runs. Tin them with a blob of solder (NOTE: these
points are ** outside ** the radius of the capacitor body).
3) Replace the capacitor in the holes and solder the bottom side.
4) Now tin and solder your two leads to the two spots you have already
prepared.
You now have a connection on both the top, and the bottom sides.
