the larger European hardware stores have some stock of American and
Imperial fasteners.
Ask for an ANC or UNC no. 6 (x32) bolt, preferably with a head suitable
for easy handling.

ps: if you need to drill a hole to clear it, use a no.28 drill bit
(Imperial), or 3.5mm metric.
