OK, my turn :-)

1) I mentioned it before, but I'd like to see an option for variable rate
tuning - spin the dial and you change step size to larger (or specifiable
larger amount), turn more slowly and get your default/selected rate.

2) I agree with John about the last digit/rate comment.  Especially if
variable rate tuning were implemented.

3) Using Ron's method of SPLIT operation to obviate the need for RIT, I'd
like to see the RIT pot turned into a passband tuning control.  The K2
already steps the VFO and tunes the BFO.  All passband tuning would require
is to step them equally.  OK, you've already guessed that I don't use CW,
this is good for SSB operation especially since the SSB filter isn't
tunable.

4) If the RIT pot were changed into a small rotary encoder so the CPU got
rotation information instead of position information, the knob could become
multi purpose.  RIT, XIT, Passband tuning, filter width...

5) Use a FLASH MCU rather than an EPROM MCU so updates could be distributed
on the web rather than replacing an expensive component every time the
firmware changes.
