Which firmware? I'm using 2.01H. It appears that different K2's are behaving
differently...

It appears that powering ON produces the same condition as changing bands.
But on my K2 it doesn't matter how often I switch between TUNE and OPER, I
don't get any RF power out until one of the following events occur:

1 - Press TUNE.

2-  Change the POWER control position.

3 - Change Bands

4 - Cycle the POWER off and on.

Which firmware are you using, John? I am equipped with Ver 2.01H
