[EIDXA] LotW renewal

I successfully renewed my certificates for my present and former calls on
September 7. I followed the procedure you outlined, using the right-click
on the certificate and then selecting "renew certificate". I did have to
enter my password twice, as I recall. I sent the certificate request files
*.TQ5 to ARRL, and got the new certificate files *.TQ6 back from LoTW within
a few hours. Then I used the TQSLCert program's "Load Certificate File"
menu command to install this certificate into my system. It replaced the
old certificate with the new one.

Don't forget to then backup your certificate file - right click on the new
certificate and select SAVE, and save the certificate to *.P12 file. Then
copy that to some backup media and put in a safe place in case you ever need
to reinstall the certificate. The procedure worked exactly as described in
the LoTW instructions. It was much easier than starting over with a new
certificate request.
