[EIDXA] LotW renewal

Has anyone tried to renew their certificate and been successful at it?  W3UR
forwarded a note from Wayne Mills telling how to do this, and saying that
many guys are applying for new certificates, rather than renewing existing
ones.

Following the directions, I right click on the certificate and then select
renew.  From this point on ALL the boxes say NEW certificate.  And you even
have to enter the password twice as though setting it for the first time.

I'm afraid to send this to LotW as it might really be a new request.  Anyone
have any success with this???
