[EIDXA] Fw: [ar-cluster] Speed Loading of PDF Files

Since our newsletter comes in PDF format, I think this will be of interest.
It does really speed up the loading of acrobat reader.  Of the three files
that Dave mentions, only the EWH32.API file was in my plug_ins folder.  So
it was the only file now in the new plug_ins directory.               Tom
