[ECAC] arrl.net addresses

Just an FYI - Remember, you can't post from an arrl.net address since it's a
receive-only forwarding service. Since some of you subbed with that address,
if you do post from your native address, I will just approve the posting and
subscribe you with that address so that future postings will go right
through. Of course, that means you'll get two copies of every posting, so if
you want me to delete the arrl.net address, just let me know.
