[Dxbase] BUG (abnormal behavior) in DXbase2007 Ver 1.10

I believe, but cannot say for sure, that I've seen this behavior with other 
programs.  Sure happens on both of my Win7 machines.  One was upgraded from 
Vista, the other from XP and I think that I had the same DXB version on them 
before without issue.
