[Dxbase] BUG (abnormal behavior) in DXbase2007 Ver 1.10

Neal,

Very curious now!!!  For the heck of it - I installed DXbase2007 ver 1.07
on my Windows 7 64 bit LapTop .. AND, just to TEST the waters, I
purposedly installed it into the Progam Files (x86)  Directory -- instead
of installing it into the C:\ main directory.. This action is of course
something we do not want to do -- but, I wanted to see what the BUG I saw,
would act like when I put it into the Progam Files (x86)  Directory.

DAMNED-- IT WORKED PERFECTLY!!!!!!   

FYI -- running Ver 1.10 on Windows 7 64 bit and having it installed right
off of C:\ drive ... I have tested ALSO having the DXbase2007 run as
adminstrator and NOT run as administrator ...  no difference at all.. Either
way,  when installed in right off of C:\ drive -- the BUG is seen.

THANK GOODNESS - the BUG has no adverse effect on the writing of the
exported adif file ... JUST an EXTRA mouse click....
