[Dxbase] Final Testing ---- BUG (abnormal behavior) in DXbase2007 Ver 1.10

Neal,

I have finished all of the testing for this BUG seen in Version 1.10 ...

On my Windows 7 64 bit laptop, I installed a TRUE Version 1.07 (made by Jack 
with the Install Shield installer)..

(a) Installing DXbase2007 ver 1.07 into the Program Files (x86) area - NO BUG seen!!!

(b) Installing DXbase2007 ver 1.07 into the C:\DXbase2007V107 directory - AGAIN - NO BUG SEEN!!!!!!


So, from what I can see (final thoughts)-

***  DXbase2007 ver 1.08, 1.09, 1.10 (msi installer)  on an Windows 7 or Windows 8 O/S -- BUG IS  SEEN!!!!!

DXbase2007 ver 1.08, 1.09, 1.10 (msi installer)  on a Windows XP O/S -- NO BUG SEEN!!!!


There appears to be something with the DXbase2007 ver 1.10 (I will call this - since this is the
most current version) -- that when installed onto a Windows 7 or Windows 8 enviornment that
make the TWICE SEEN pop-up windows appear ...
