[Dxbase] BUG (abnormal behavior) in DXbase2007 Ver 1.10

I doublechecked on an XP machine -- using ver 1.07 (no problems) and using
ver 1.10 (NO PROBLEMS) ... With this being the case (XP O/S is all ok for any
version of DXbase2007) - then it appears to be something with Windows 7 and 
greater.

I just checked my Windows 8.0 machine -- BUG was seen there also ...  so, it
would appear that the operating system is the culprit causing the problem.
