[Dxbase] DXBASE REQUEST

I usually accomplish the mode part of this with

set/filter dxbm/pass 160-cw,80-cw,40-cw,30-cw,20-cw,17-cw,15-cw,12-cw,10-cw
for all of the HF bands. Note that this filters only new spots: it 
won't filter the results of sh/dx which simply sends you the last 
bunch of spots regardless of band or mode.

I think there's a way to send the cluster a list of the countries you 
need, so it will send only those to you.
