[Dxbase] DXBASE REQUEST

I think DXBase already has that capability as some else described. It certainly works for me. The needed-only spots will appear in the "Spots" tab of the "DX Info" window. You can even define a color code for them: for me a station that's needed on ANY band shows up in red while a needed station on given band is green.
