[Dxbase] DxbPSK version 2.30 is now available - Joe wa6axe

Joe (or anyone else who can help),

When I try to run DxbPSK I get an error message that says, "The application
was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). Click OK to close the
application." The exe and dll files are in the same subdirectory. This is on
a machine running Windows 7, 32 bit.
