downloaded and ready to go next time I get a chance.  Then to find another

Background: Gary (AL9A) found a bug in my DxbPSK.exe program --
where the SLASHED-ZERO was sent over to DXbase itself -- this is the
same bug that AXETTY had -- and I shud have caught it and made the
correction when I posted version 2.29 ... Tnx Gary for BETA testing
the program once again!!!
