[Dxbase] winkey speed pot

I think...(yes I can...but barely) and set the WPM setting to 0 (zero) in the Speed box, 
then the speed pot on the winkey should work.
Just do not use the mouse and click on the up/down speed icons.


At least is does for me.
I did have to play with the Customize>lead In to make it smooth
a setting of 20 worked for me.

I'm sure that will vary with different computers.
Makes sending via the keyboard easy.
