[Dxbase] and MMTTY

I've been using MMTTY from 'inside' DXBase for years.
Go to Programs>Customize>Add and enter the directory/file name.

And for speed, I used the Tools>shortcuts to add a Ctrl+M to the shortcuts option and can 
start the program darn near instantly.
(you still have to be in fsk/rtty mode on your radio)
