[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater v. 8.04 released

> 1.  Run the Updater, click on Calendar, then uncheck the NPOTA box.
> Then click on the Update button.  This will download the new version.
> Then the next time you run the Updater, remember to click on Calendar
> and check the NPOTA box.

This is not sufficient.  You must also disable NPOTA from the
Membership list if it's selected there (see the Updater web page for
instructions how to do this).  Then remember to enable it the next
time you update.  I just discovered this out when I updated the shack
computer.
