[Dx4win] CW Keyboard Using the Parrallel Port

Did you reinstall the DX4Win LPT driver when you had to reinstall
DX4Win after the HD failure?  See the LPT Driver topic in the
DX4Win Help file for more information - it is the first topic in
the list when you search the help file for LPT.
